As the season shifts, is it time for a new goal?
Maybe it’s because the school year is starting back up, but September always has a feel of new beginnings about it. As I feel the temperature cool, I start to look over my goals and see if anything has shifted for me over the past few months. And it has! In April, I wanted to work on some of my heavier lifts, creating a little bit more strength and mass. But last week when I was out for a hike, I found my heart and lungs needed a little extra rest.
