I built this program because I’ve lived it.

I know what it’s like to try every new trend I’m “supposed to do”, follow programs built by men, for men, push too hard, get hurt, and feel like my body is betraying me.

It’s why I’ve learned so many pain management techniques. It’s also why I’ve leaned harder into strength training, to set my body up with the resilience work that effectively protects against injuries. It’s why I developed a method that teaches women how to listen to their bodies, learn the difference between challenge that brings growth, and challenge that causes injury. Finally, it’s why I find it so important to teach women how to cut through the bullshit of all the fitness offerings, to craft a program that makes the most sense for our lives.

After two decades of coaching, I’m tired of seeing women sacrifice themselves for everyone else. I’m tired of seeing us women, the people who spend the most money fitness, be the most taken advantage of.

It is my honor to create a space and program that helps women take their strength back, for good. I can’t wait to meet you.
