Are you traveling this summer? Think it will be hard to find a gym with adequate equipment to get a workout in on the go? We’ve got you covered below! Head Coach Melanie has put together a circuit you can do while traveling this summer that needs absolutely no equipment. A set of mini bands definitely wouldn’t hurt, however they are definitely not essential to still get a good sweat, no matter where in the world you find yourself this summer.

In the excel sheet below, we have two full workouts giving you a full body pump that once again, can be done anywhere! Feel free to download this sheet and take it with you on your next vacation. As you can see we have two full workouts that follow the programming structure we teach in the studio, complete with body wake up, activation and main circuits that can be done anywhere from one to six times (depending on time allowed)

Even if you only have 20 minutes free, that’s more than enough time to get in some good work!

We’ve also included links to several other workouts from our favorite YouTube creators, ranging from mobility, high intensity interval training to pilates and yoga. These are perfect for those of us who just need someone to tell us what to do. Make sure to rest in between circuits and drink plenty of water (Especially during these hot summer months where hydration is extra crucial!)

“What if I can’t remember what the exercises are?” We’ve got you covered there as well with hyperlinks in the program, showing any moves one would likely have any questions about. If you do have any questions about any of the exercises here definitely feel free to ask your trainer at your next session. We are ready to assist and happy to make sure that the progress that you’ve worked so hard for isn’t at all derailed by any upcoming travel plans.

Happy travel this summer! Stay safe, stay hydrated and stay strong!
